Five Acres

We absolutely loved our stay at the guest house. Place is beautifully setup and the outdoor fire pit is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine or stargazing. Katie is an amazing hostess and she made us feel very welcome.Freddie (the farm cutie) made our stay extra special with a few visits and all the adorableness.We stayed there back in December 22 and was thinking of rebooking this year. I realised I hadn’t left a review.We’ll definitely visit again ❤️

Booked for my daughter and new hubby for their wedding night...Superb!!!My other daughter and her hubby stayed the 2nd night and had a wonderful relaxing stay.Thanks Katie for such a wonderful place and your attention to detail and communication was tops.We will definitely be back!!!

We had the most serene stay at Five Acres. The cabins are so wonderfully designed and styled you can tell skill and love has been put into them. The ocean views and outdoor tub are a real treat. A beautiful space to zone out in with amazing touches like bubble bath and homemade breakfast provisions. No expense has been spared on the fit out either with luxurious linen and coffee table books to enjoy.The location is perfect, remote enough for star gazing and enjoying the sounds of nature, but close enough to Cowes for shops and amenities.Really can't fault the whole stay, we will definitely be coming back.

Our stay at Five Acres was incredible. We booked Rye, and the cabin was beautifully put together, with small special details that made us feel so welcomed. We felt so relaxed, and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view of the ocean, peppered with a few horses, purple hens, wallabies, sheep and of course, the wonderful Rory and Ivy. You cannot go past that bathtub - ultimate relaxation! We chose to stay at Five Acres for our wedding and we could not be happier, it was the perfect place to unwind after the celebrations. Highly recommend!

Five Acres is a truly beautiful and relaxing property! The cabins are designed for pure luxury and the wildlife all around are incredibly gorgeous! The outdoor bath is a stunning unique offering. If staying there do yourself a favour and order a grazing board from Katie, it was Devine! Couldn’t fault a thing! Thank you Katie and Rom for creating such a special place on the island

Our favorite place during our stay so far in Australia! That’s saying a lot because we’ve been here for nearly 3 weeks and have stayed at only wonderful places between Sydney and Melbourne. Everything was perfect from the setting with the animals to the accommodations. Katie has such great taste and the guesthouse is beautifully appointed. And the welcoming touches- coffee, tea, bread, butter, jam, granola, milk, yogurt and apples meant we didn’t have to rush out. Phillip Island has so much to offer from the penguin parade to the ocean walks to just walking around Cowes. We kept adding days and we’re lucky they were available. We are ready to move in permanently!

I could not fault this place and the only thing I would change is to ensure my stay is longer than 2 nights next time. The perfect place to come to if you want to escape the world and just relax in peace n quiet.The cabin exceeded my expectations, clean, modern, luxurious. And the personal notes and gifts (Fresh bread, home-made jam, cream, butter and even Gin and Tonic) from the owner was an extra satisfying touch.Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away from the world, but still have all the island attractions and shops/restaurants of Cowes only a short car trip away.

Even though we own a house on the Island we wanted a getaway from Cowes, sounds silly but it was definitely worth it. We loved the design of the cabin. It's the little things that Five Acres did to make us feel comfortable, like having our fire pre-stoked, the bath outside was beautiful. The mattress was a little soft for me, but I do sleep on a hard mattress. Also the Cows didn't come to me for pats, which again was probably more about me than them. I highly encourage anyone to stay at these cabins, a perfect little getaway.

Five Acres is truly exceptional. We stayed in Rye for a couple of nights while on our honeymoon and had the most relaxing time. Hands down one of the cleanest and coziest rooms I've ever stayed in. Impeccably decorated with lovely views and an outdoor bath! We ordered a cheese plate upon arrival and it was not only delicious but huge and fed us for a few meals. 10/10 would recommend this gem and hope to return someday.
