Leigh at Enertec is a dead set champion. He's been beyond helpful both times we've gotten windows from Enertec, giving us advice that benefitted us more than the company. Genuinely a stand up guy.Because of his helpfulness, we've actually decided to plough on and replace all of our windows. The service and value we've gotten so far make it well worth the effort!

Eneretec were a fantastic business to deal with. They were professional and understaning about the need for a quick replacement of our balcony doors (to prevent the flooding that we were experiencing through our old doors). The team that did the measurements and installation were friendly and efficient, and they did a fantastic job. Our new doors look amazing and the quality is outstanding. I have no hesitations about recommending Enertec.

Fantastic Company. From the very initial contact through to installation. Great customer service, and the product is amazing. Stumbled across them while looking for a new front door, was intrigued by the technology and after seeing it in action in the showroom we were sold. After install, we have zero regrets and will not be using anyone else for further window and door projects.

Enertec retrofitted double-glazed windows and doors to the sunroom of our 1940's weatherboard home. Our experience - right from the informative measure-up by Frances to the expert installation by Jesse and his team of Geoff, Adam, Ambrose (and Harley) - was nothing but positive. The retrofit was not at all straightforward as nothing was square, but Jesse and the boys didn't bat an eyelid and undertook the installation with great skill finished off with top-quality carpentry. They even worked back till 6pm one day to get the glass in when rain threatened. The end result has greatly improved both the energy efficiency and the appearance of our sunroom. After installing the new windows in our ski lodge up at Mt Buller, I wanted to do some testing to see the difference that the UPVC double glazed windows actually make. I ran a few tests over a few nights, heating the room up to 20 degrees at 12:00am and then checking the temp at 9:00am the next day to see how many degrees the room had fallen. Over night temps were typically 3 degrees outside for all the nights tested. Pre windows the temp was 10 degrees the next morning, so lost 10 degrees over 9 hours. After installing the new windows I did the same test. The room was 18 degrees. So only lost 2 degrees of temperature. At first I thought it must have been a fluke or maybe the heater turned on and changed the results so I conducted the test again. Exact same results. These windows really do make a huge difference.Rudi and Sylvia have been amazing though out the whole process and we couldn't be happier. My past experience with glass windows and doors was a painful one. I have never thought it would come a day that my existing triple glazed aluminium windows and doors installed 5 years ago would need replacing in such a short time. All were ‘supposedly’ designed with commercial specification including the highest-grade aluminium alloy extrusion used and finished with the highest protection Dulux flurotec powder coated so that it would survive the hostile coastal environment for many years to come.In short, I have nothing but problems with both corrosion problem and water leaks. The thermal insulation barrier / gaps between the triple glazed glass was poorly designed which has high heat transfer, hence it has never performed satisfactorily to achieve the optimal energy efficient windows and doors.I have learnt a lot from this experience since then.The challenge was to find a superior energy efficient and corrosion free product and a right installer to replace the existing triple glazed 3.6metre high x 3.8metre width double doors and windows with similar size for both downstairs and upstairs. See photos, new install.Enertec has answered my prayer and by no means it was an easy task for the replacement. Enertec team (Leigh, Andy, Greg and Johnny) simply did a terrific job and their professionalism in carrying out the removal, rectification works and installation of the new UPVC Triple glazed windows and doors were so delightful to watch.Though the real hot summer is not too far away, we did have few weeks of various hot and windy stormy weather days and with this opportunity, I have done some comparison on the newly install.Having a large span of well-engineered insulated zinc roof and West facing huge size UPVC triple glazed windows and doors, I was mindful of the insulation performance and eager to monitor hourly the room temperature from morning till evening on a warm (30 C) day, the fluctuation in the room temperature was delightfully impressive within a 2-3 degree as compare to previous triple glazed aluminium windows and doors around a 7-12 degree. Just by simply touching the glass surface inside the house during a hot day, you will notice the vast different instantly.What a difference it has made by replacing with Enertec UPVC (German made) and together with proper engineered triple glazed windows and doors, it has finally achieved what I was looking for …. superior thermal insulation and almost zero noise reduction during the extreme ‘cyclonic ‘wind directly from the bay belting hard against the windows and doors. Importantly, no water leaks detected through window or door during a stormy heavy rain fall.Also, the benefit of using the UPVC window and door frame, the salt spray or residue left on the frame and glass is just so easy to hose it down to squeaky clean. As the products are made from UPVC, it’s no longer a corrosion concerns with any salt residue entrapment in the exposed gaps on the window or door frame.Thank you to Rudi, Sylvia and the wonderful Enertec installation team. While trying to find a supplier in my new build, I had tried a few upvc companies. Enertec was a touch pricier than their competitors but the service was absolutely superb. I had 3 amendments from the council that needed changing and their office staff had it done and sent back within 15mins. They produced and supplied with great timing to by build time line. I’d like to personally thank Frances for the constant communication and Leigh for everything technical from initial technical specs to helping the builder with the final finishes and waterproofing specs. I would fully recommend them as they definitely go above and beyond for their clients. I have some more developments coming up and I ensure they will be doing the windows! Thanks Enertec

I spent a long time researching having a number of doors and windows replaced as it is a huge investment. I made the decision to go with Enertec and I am absolutely thrilled and delighted with the result, the product, the interaction with the company - just everything about it. From the wonderful Frances who came out, measured, helped me with ideas, to the patient and helpful Jess in the office, to the marvellous installation team led by Jesse. The whole experience has been one of outstanding professionalism and quality throughout, I cannot recommend this company and product highly enough!
