After experiencing frustration with some network issues some months ago, I searched online & found Greg. He was excellent - responsive, efficient, practical & knowledgeable. I then asked about upgrades options for my elderly MacBook Pro - he installed a solid state drive & has given it a new life.Greg has become our household's go-to person for any issues with our Macs & devices and I can happily recommend him.

Put my dinosaur mac from around 2012 in for potential resurrection after it no longer wanted to start up. Greg's communication was extremely prompt despite it being around the Christmas and New Year holiday period. He was able to provide options on what upgrades to undertake to get it going again and also took care a rogue script that was filling my hardrive faster than i could delete things. Very happy with the service and would gladly leave my mac in Greg's very capable hands in the future.

As a technophobe with some minor but annoying ongoing issues with my ageing laptop, Greg was a god send. He fixed everything over the phone in no time at all, cleaned out my computer and got everything working perfectly in a matter of minutes, all from the comfort of my lounge. He's excellent value for money and it's great to have someone reliable that i know i can turn to if i ever have any serious and urgent issues. Highly recommend.

I picked Professor Mac to replace my old iMac hard drive purely based on the glowing reviews online, and I'm glad that I did. Greg was quick to reply to emails, professional and provided all the necessary details and options. He upgraded my 2014 iMac Fusion drive (the spinning disk part) from a 3TB to a 4TB as the old drive is about to die. Greg was able to take my machine in the morning, replaced the drive (not easy to do on an iMac) and have it ready for pick up again within a few hours. Absolutely fantastic experience. I would take my other Macs to Greg if they need repair / upgrade in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Greg helped my non-tech savvy Mum with not only fixing, but upgrading, our old iMac that the Apple store had written off as ‘not salvageable’. He was patient, courteous, and importantly, took the time to explain what exactly the problem was (likely both the LCD screen and the graphics card). I would highly recommend Greg for all your Apple repair needs!

I had my old Imac 27 inch upgraded by Greg. It now runs much faster and smoother than before. I had a new 2T SSD hard drive and ram upgraded and the turnover time was quick with little downtime. Greg provides an excellent service.

I contacted Greg on a Friday afternoon & he came to my home office on the Monday morning, so quick. He did the upgrade on my MAC quickly & without any issues.
