Just had Ben and Dave Duncombe install our new Rylock windows and front door. They even built a custom security screen door too!Amazing work by these guys, on time, good budget and fantastic guys to work with. Very good communicators! The product they work with is amazing, our double glazed door and windows almost eliminate noise and will be great for retaining heat in winter.Trust Rylock and trust Ben and his father Dave to do an amazing installation!

The product seems quite good, but I'd advise caution with this company. Rylock directed us to speak to a particular person for quotation and installation. This person has Rylock logos all over their business cards, paperwork, uniform and vehicle. A Google search for them takes you to the Rylock website, but when we started having problems with this individual, Rylock refused to assist because they don't work for Rylock. This was the first time we'd been informed of this by anyone and it all feels a bit morally questionable to me.

Went into their showroom twice and simply felt I was a nuisance. Contacted their installers and even after they visited my place and they tried to engage Rylock in my project Rylock wasn't interested. Anything challenging - forget it! I have since used another company who as a consequence have my job and several others in the same apartment block.

Refused to quote because it was a development not my own house. Obviously not interested in being competitive in the market. If you want to pay over inflated prices go here.In response. Everything in my design was simple and standard. I’m sorry but being a builder I know code requirements. Which had no bearing on my project and your ability to manufacture them. As I have seen your product in my friends home. All the best to your company.!

beautiful windows, and couldnt have asked for more help from Rylock staff , from the planning stage, to when I was forced to take over the build blindly. Very grateful for all your help. Every tradie has commented on the quality of the windows, thats a true review if you ask me.

Experience started of well all windows were paid for , unfornately one was damaged in transit and it has taken 8 months to get it replaced . This was supposed to take place today between 8 am & 9 am it’s now 11-30 and I have had no curtesy call .During that time I was harassed for payment of another window which I had put a deposit on and told I would loose that deposit if it was not paid for by a certain date . I refused to pay any more more untill the goods that we had paid for were installed correctly . An apology would have also so been nice so where along the line but I guess times have changed.

I am still waiting for Rylock to fix a faulty door that they made 6 months ago. Was given a mobile number and name to call by reception staff but he never answers it. Now I believe that they are going to charge me to repair it even though it never worked! Very very unprofessional. I never leave bad reviews but this is past a joke. Hopefully this review will spur them into action.
