Fun place for karaoke. Plenty of songs all many different languages to choose from. Great for groups of 2 or more. They use original clips of songs and put in lyrics. Sound quality is quite good too.

A good range of songs in a variety of languages. The staff are very facilitative and do a great job. Be careful about the corkage fee if you bring alcohol. Accommodates small and large parties.

Tried to have a fun night using a gift card.Managers upgraded us to large room because they couldn't be bothered to book us properly for the room we wanted - then tried to charge us extra for the larger room.THEN tried to charge us extra for using a gift card.

Good value at $80/hour if you're splitting the cost between a group, but pretty rudimentary. The house wines and spirits are pretty awful, and the air conditioning in the rooms will spit water at you if you accidentally sit under it... But the selection on the karaoke machines is pretty good, the equipment in good condition, and the staff friendly, so overall it's a fair place to have some fun with some friends.

Wonderful selection of songs, had a great time! Enjoyed the chips and nuggets and some lovely drinks. Attentive and helpful service.

Room was ok, price okk, drinks are bar prices.But the song choice was terrible. I've lived in Japan for 3 years so i may be biased but the karaoke systems are so much better than this. They use a Chinese system which was missing so many songs i would normally sing at karaoke.

First time given 1 star review for a place in canberra. Disappointing service! Not even finish my 2 hours as they dont have new songs as advertised. Should have told us you charged any drinks we bring in. Saw us bring in a few cyders, didnt say a thing a then got charged. Ridiculous pricing! We cleaned the room before leaving for you as well and we could have just left as no staff was there when we finished and we already paid. For the attitude you showed, worth 0 star! Ruined my night, not bc i had to pay extra money but your unprofessional service!!

Great song selection. Staff could of been friendlier, food was over priced for what it was and because of the no outside food policy they didn't allow us to bring a birthday cake in. There was a language barrier so ended up getting charged for 4 hours instead of 3, but ended up leaving after 2. Not a great experience.

I Was given a gift card and then messed around for two days about my booking, and ended up getting upgraded to a bigger room, upon arrival I was asked to pay for the upgrade, after I explained to them it was a free upgrade they expected me to pay a $50 surcharge because it was 'busy' on a Saturday. It was completely empty apart for one party. Also I was told nothing on the phone about a surcharge and it being a gift I didn't question the details. We walked out and won't be returning
