Eliza is someone who I look forward to seeing each week. She has an incredible energy, kind and empathetic nature and never fails to put a smile on my face even when I think it's impossible. She has given me the tools to become braver, stronger, wiser and she makes me feel empowered and heard. I recommend her to anyone. The reception is beautiful, quiet and full of motivation and beautiful essential oils. I look forward to my peppermint tea, and am always offered drinks on arrival.
