Arisoo Spa Paddington

My first time at Arisoo today and I’ll be back! It was a smaller facility than expected but it had the essentials for a pamper day at a bathhouse -hot and cold plunge pools and a steam room. The receptionist was helpful in answering my questions and explaining what to expect. I had the relaxation package which included a Korean massage, full body scrub, facial, and hair treatment. My therapist was so lovely and skilled -thank you, Kim! I left the spa feeling relaxed and my skin feels unbelievably soft!

I have to be honest because I feel like it could be used in a constructive way, and for what I paid I don’t think I got my moneys worth compared to what I’ve paid in the past which was considerably cheaper and definitely worth the experience. I’m saying this with love but the baths were filthy, the hot bath you couldn’t really tell how dirty it was because the jets were on but the water was mercy, and when getting into the cold bath it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there were dead skin cells floating around and it had a very strong smell of chlorine which I’m allergic too. The scrub by the therapists was absolutely amazing although I was a little surprised to see the products being used on my skin was hair conditioner and shampoo. The massage was lovely but again, hair conditioner was being used on my skin throughout, and the head massage was very brief and I didn’t feel like I paid for a head massage which was the one thing I felt I needed and was looking forward to the most. I think the people were lovely and the place has SOOOO much potential to really deliver the full experience, but because of these things I’m not sure I’ll pay again to come back.

The best treatment we aware had with my sister. This is our third time and it’s so relaxing that you just want to float and do nothing but relax. The girls are so wonderful and caring. Feels like someone that really cares for you almost like family. We will be back again because the is nothing that compares to this amazing 2:30 hours in such a private intimate experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Arisoo Spa Paddington. I booked with minimal knowledge of what to expect and was so excited by the Korean bathhouse process, the care of the staff and thoughtfulness. The treatment was next level. The warm waters and the steam room was great. The scrub down, massages, facial and hair wash was amazingly good. I felt a holistic and therapeutic benefit for the whole day. Highly recommend it.I will be definitely returning !

Highly recommended. My hubby booked the Arisoo signature treatment for me as the birthday gift to let me enjoy my “me” time on 21-April. Haha. It was my first time to bound Korean bathhouse culture and I was very shy to be naked when I had the full body scrub, but the lovely Korean ajumeoni who did the body scrub and remedial massage for me is phenomenal, which made my birthday very special. I was so relieved and happy on that day. Definitely will come back and do the regular treatment:D

Do you want to feel shiny and new? Arisoo is amazing and gives you the true K Spa experience. So relaxing but also effective. Incredibly good value for the amazing service from start to finish and the facilities. My skin has never looked or felt better. A real treat, I plan to be a regular.

Lovely ladies only place with friendly and professional therapists. Came out silky smooth! Amazing scrub, facial and shampoo. Really good value. Will definitely come again.

Had an incredible experience - the staff were so welcoming and thorough and felt pampered and completely relaxed and rejuvenated after. The body scrub was powerful and so good. The space and facilities were perfect and very considered. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely loved it!My mum, auntie and myself had a 2 hour experience at Arisoo and loved every relaxing moment of it.The facilities are clean and atmosphere peaceful. We will certainly be returning in the future. Also there is a lovely cafe next door called JOZO where you can get a coffee or meal after your treatment. Very convenient spot.
