Really lovely relaxing place to be! Little Gawler hideaway! Came here for a express facial and manicure before I went away and Sophie whom did both services is a lovely lady, certainly knows what she doing with the facials and made my nails look great. The nail polish stayed on well during whole trip! It’s a great littlePlace to go treat yourself with reasonable pricing! Definitely visit again!

Staff member providing the facial was 10 minutes late, then took another over 5 minutes getting herself ready. Facial booked was for 60 minutes. I did not receive a full 60 minute facial. They attempted to charge me $145 when the brochure I had stated $120. I had even confirmed the price at the time of booking. The facial was average. I won’t be a returning customer.

It has been a pleasure to be a client of Bec at this lovely salon. I have had treatment for broken facial capillaries. The staff at Pure Bliss have all been extremely friendly and welcoming, and Bec herself is a very kind and generous person...The results have been fantastic. Thank you Bec

I have just made pure bliss spa and beauty my regular go to place for waxing. They are very professional and friendly. So glad I found them! I highly recommend. Prices are very genuine also

I have tried numerous places for waxing as I have sensitive skin. I now won’t go anywhere else, Angela took the care to use the right wax for my skin. She’s a lovely lady, who made me feel comfortable from the start. All the staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Staff were friendly and accommodating getting me in earlier when they had cancellations. Manicure itself was a little underwhelming. Site says manicure is 45 minutes and it was finished in 25 minutes. Cuticles weren't really focused on. Mainly consisted of a file and polish. Didn't meet my expectations unfortunately for the price and description of the service.

Definitely not happy with the service I was provided. To start with i was told if I liked the face book page I would get complimentary paraffin. I had to ask for it or they wouldn't of done it. The lady said she didn't know if she had enough time, then they weren't sure how to turn the parafin heater on. I wasn't getting a good vibe, lady seemed annoyed that I had shellac on. The chairs weren't comfortable. When t came time to do the paraffin it was burning when she put my foot in in it, I had to say a few times and actually start moving my foot out for her to pull the paraffin away and let cool. When applying the polish it was messy. She kept stopping to chat with a co-worker even though she was pressed for time. It wasn't until paying that she informed me I had to pay extra for the shellac to be taken off (if i had know prior I would of left it on) and she only told me as I asked why it was costing so much. The paraffin also wasn't complementary. I have had to take off their polish and redo it myself at home. The massage was for about 5 minutes. This was supposed to be a birthday treat. But never again will I go back.

Had a great time today at Pure Bliss, wonderful massage, manicure and pedicure. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend them and will be back again soon!

The staff at Pure Bliss Spa and Beauty are amazing. I've been coming here since they opened.I recently took my 15 year old daughter here, she wanted her eyebrows waxed, tinted and her eyelashes tinted. Angela did a superb job. 10 out of 10 service.....from Angela, and the whole team at Pure Bliss.Thanks again to you all for your wonderful service
