The girls here are amazing! I had the BEST results from my Cosmelan and HIFU course.. My pigmentation is completely gone and my face looks YEARS younger since I started. The best investment I've ever made towards my skin, especially with the relaxing side of being here just makes me look forward to my treatments every month as a treat to myself! I had my first session of IPL. It was a quick and quiet soothing experience. I’m sure I could have actually gone to sleep, if I didn’t actually have a micro sleep. The whole process was great from the moment I arrived to the time I left. Thank you!

Went to this spa for the first time two days ago after being recommended it by a friend and had the most wonderful experience.Staff were very helpful, I feel really looked after and the facial treatment I received has already started to have some amazing effects!Would highly recommend this spa to anyone.

At the end of my holiday spent with my son and fiancée in Sydney I booked myself in for a pamper session at urban spa. A facial and back massage were what I requested, but I received some added extras that were a lovely surprise. A foot scrub and soak prior to jumping on the bed. The bed was lovely and cozy, a little warm so asked for it to be turned down. A hand and arm mask, which made my hands look amazing. The back massage was so relaxing I was literally floating. Next the facial which added to my floatyness. Tanaya was my therapist who was very professional kind and caring. I would definitely recommend this spa for a wonderful beauty experience.
