Unique Curtains & Blinds

Since it was a very high window installation, several contractors refused or told me to arrange the scaffolding myself. But this unique curtain also arranged scaffolding, so I didn't have to do anything. It took two months from the measurement to the installation, but I never felt uneasy because they kept in touch with me during that time. Lance, who took measurements, was punctual, courteous, and personable, Chris had a wealth of expertise, Riley, the installer, was polite and friendly, and the receptionist responded quickly to emails. I am very pleased with the curtains themselves and their work. I also liked the scaffolding people they arranged. I highly recommend this Unique Curtains, which has never been a problem from start to finish.

I walked in off the street yesterday morning looking for a track fitting for our bedroom curtains. We have only recently moved in and had no idea who installed the curtains. Turns out the tracking system was the one that Unique use and Lance was able to give, yes give me 3 brackets so I could carry out the repair required to get the curtains working again. Also said to ring if I needed any more help. Not surprised to see the business so well reviewed and happy to endorse that view. It is always service and goodwill above price that will ensure the success of any business and Lance and his team are clearly on the right track in this respect. We recently had Unique Curtains replace the window treatments throughout our whole house, the experience was seamless from measure & quote to completion. Shop staff, Jon & fitter were very professional, polite & accommodating. The pricing was very competitive. We would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time we have used Unique Curtains and Blinds in Balcatta. Jon was exceptionally helpful with advice and suggestions, lending us numerous sample swatches to take home and compare. We chose blinds for our kitchen and dual opening curtains and nets for our lounge. The curtains were delivered on time and looked amazing and were expertly installed by their friendly installation man. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience from quotation, measurement, to installation. We changed all window treatments and sometimes the choices can be overwhelming. Lance was patient and he spent a lot of time at our house to propose various options highlighting the pros and cons and suggesting what will look good by showing us photos and fabrics. He even advised us to go to their store to ensure that we are happy with our decision. All installers are very professional, friendly and attentive to details. This is our second time using Unique Curtains and Blinds, but the first time getting block out and sheer curtains together (the first time we only got sheers). We went into the store to look at fabrics, and received excellent advice from the staff. They allowed us to take the samples home before making a decision, and when we made our selection, they assured us that it was a good choice and would go with our decor when they came to measure and quote. We could not be happier with how they turned out, and would definitely return for our next curtain need!
