I have been ordering beer and fridge water filters from these guys for 8 years and the process has always been straightforward and easy.As a Sydney resident who buys filters from the Northern Rivers districts you can not fault the speed of service either!I often place my orders late at night when frustrated with how long it takes my beer to be filtered or even some times early in the morning, none the less the filters arrive like magic within 1-3 days with no fuss.Legends of customer service and I can not fault their products either, the 0.35 micron beer filter gives a sparkling clear beer and I usually get 6 months life out of a single cartridge (approx 800L), rinsed and sterilised between each brew !

Called for advice over the phone yesterday morning. Really helpful over the phone - diagnosed the issue, gave advice to check one more thing just to make sure it really needed replacing. Ordered part online at 8:30am and requested express post; dispatch notice came at 11:30am. Delivered to my door in Brisbane today at 1pm! Part installed and all is good!I haven't written any reviews recently, but thought this deserved it. Thanks heaps!

A few months ago I called to ask questions about a zip replacement filter after terrible experiences with two big National companies.So impressed by their customer service.
