This was my first conversation. It was professional and informative. I felt confident that they were equipped to improve on the aesthetic of my tattoo or potentially remove it entirely. I am waiting on the email that will explain my options further. It is expensive but I was told about how it would be cost effective and within my budget. I am happy that I took this step and am optimistic that I will be supported however I choose to move forward.
