I had a terrible experience. I think other staff might be ok. But this lad...Poor body language displayed on approach to me, warned me that is was not going to go well.I had a very simple request. How to join a mixer tap to a garden hose type fitting.The lad had a negative attitude and told me he could not help me because he was not a plumber and didn’t know how I could do this.I then asked him about PEX.fittings, to which he replied “you can’t do that, you need a plumber and correct tools which cost $800 to $2000.Now a quick search online tells me a PEX toll can be obtained for less than $200.I am appalled at the lack of knowledge, but more so, the unwillingness to want to help at all. Not to mention the incorrect info given.I actually found a nice fellow (Also a customer) in Bunnings who told me how simple my task was and showed me what to get.It definitely was not rocket science.

Staff were extremely helpful. We were shown a range of items within our price range. Some helpful hints were offered making our choice of product easy. Everything we needed was in stock. Our visit was made stress free. Thanks to the lovely lady we spoke to in the display room.

The worst outlet I have had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT rely on the advice, which was given by a tall red headed c..t wearing black rimmed glasses, hopeless, useless, disrespectful and nonapologetic for his mistake.
