Prior to the day i asked for a morning booking so that i can check my break lights which were not working. They allowed my request as they believed it was a small job and on that day i simply walked in, gave them my keys and asked to seat on their couch.The Staff was Incredibly friendly, you can tell they were busy, but they gave their time to speak and update you on the progressive status. Not long after the job was done and i was happy to have walked in, sit down and leave without a doubt of their job well done.Thank you Automasters, i will be seeing you again when the situation arise.

This morning my Mum and I came into Auto Masters Spearwood, to enquire if the staff would be able to replace a bulb in the break light and as to how much that would cost.Curvin, who attended to the front desk was happy to assist us with the enquiry, and was ever so kind to replace the bulb on the spot, whilst we waited in the clean, cool, lounge area of the store, we were then informed that the bulb would be free of charge. We are thankful for the kindness of Auto Masters Spearwood, and look forward to having our car serviced tomorrow.

Lightning fast and courteous service! Took my car in to get a screw removed from a tyre, and the friendly staff fixed it in 10 minutes quick! Highly recommend and worth the 5 stars.

Had my car in there for a service and to address an oil leak, when I picked it up it had a bigger oil leak that I had to pay extra to have repaired. Owner was argumentative and I have serious doubts whether any of his staff are qualified?

Absolute scammers. Took advantage of me not being personally there and me being a female. Tried to charge me for an alternator and a screw 2000$. Turns out my car starts fine after charging it and runs ever since. Good that I listened to my gut feeling and didn’t pay them. Still lost 110$ on the diagnosisCan’t recommend and it’s a shame that people like you take advantage.

Service was prompt, very clear on what needed to be fixed. Also first time I’ve got a video of the faults instead of waiting until I went in. Was able to make a financial call nice and early on what needed to be fixed due to the video. First experience with it, first experience at auto masters and awesome experience at that.

I'm extremely pleased with the Quality and professionalism of the team at Auto Masters. This is the first time I have been to the Phoenix Branch of Auto Masters and I was a bit nervous,but they were absolutely great! All I knew about my car was that it definitely had something very wrong with the way it suddenly felt driving it. The engine light was on and the car was suddenly juddering as I drove up the hill to my house. It was undrivable. I had heard from a couple of people that Auto Masters does a good job. So I rang them and they booked it in for that day ! I asked them to look at my car and please ring me with a quote. They haveextremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. The explanation was very easy to understand. The price was acceptable. They rang to tell me that the car was fixed late afternoon and sent someone to pick me up to get the car. It was like a new car! The bill was all itemised ,easy to read and understand . They even sent me a video of the process.I couldn't be happier with the service that Auto Masters provides. I had a very good experience with getting the car fixed. I highly recommend Auto Masters.
