Honestly… I would get better service from my toenail! Walked in, the staff could see me as I picked up a pillow right at the front desk. I then put it back after walking to the register. Not even a hello may I help. They then decide to say goodbye with great enthusiasm that I was actually leaving.

Good pr.oducts stylish have purchasedmany items in this store at least a dozen maybe more. They have many great things.I go in their often to see if they have anything new.

Terrible service, the lady didn’t told me anything about return policy and now there is no use of the pillow i bought for 84.15$. Never recommend anyone to go for this brand. You people should review your policy.

Great service from the staff, this is our second visit to this particular store & really appreciate the knowledge of the staff.

There are so many pillow talks, I’m going to make sure I avoid this store in future. I went to buy a throw which had a sign which said it was on sale. At the counter, staff told me a price which was a full price. I said isn’t it $24? to which she just said no it’s not.So I walked all the way back to the sign to double check to see if I read it wrong, and brought back the sign to the counter to prove it should be sale amount. She simply turned to the manager behind her to ask if they are willing to acknowledge the sale price, then once she got a confirmation just said ‘it’s $24’.I wouldn’t expect customer service from crazy clarks but I was pretty disappointed there wasn’t even an apology about charging full price instead of sale price at stores like pillow talk. When I questioned about it all, the attitude was, well we forgot to take the sign down and you should be grateful we are acknowledging the sale price for you. The correct way to address this situation would’ve been ‘I’m sorry we forgot to take down the sign but we will of course honour the sale price’. Even the manager didn’t seem to be trained in customer service.

I had an issue with a sheet set I purchased on line and collected from Southport last week. Returned to the store yesterday and my issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and Jacquie went above and beyond with her service and resolution. So appreciated. Thank you so much Jacquie!
