Went to the supplement store down stairs to find out info about protein, good pre workout, bcaas and creatine. They were not helpful at all was ready to spend what ever I needed too but their lack of knowledge made me hesitant to spend anythingWent into bayside nutrition after and dealt with Julia and MelSo helpful, explained in depth about what each ingredient in each product does. Walked out feeling so much better about spending money on quality products explained out extremely wellFunny enough as I was leaving the guy from down stairs was also shopping in there!So I assume the quality of their products aren’t as good as bayside nutrition if they are even shopping here!
