All the staff are super polite and go out of their way to be helpful.Hayda and all of the pharmacist team foster good relationships with their customers and ensure they understand the medications they are on and how to take them.I could not recommend them any higher.

I’ve had 2 encounters with this chemist which were absolutely disgraceful and reflect very badly on their service. I am a doctor who was trying to contact them by phone to obtain details of my elderly fathers prescription medications which he’d lost while away from home, and which I was trying to urgently replace for him. I phoned 26 times within a 90 minute period, during business hours, and using all 3 lines….with NO response!!! This is not only bad for business, it could be dangerous for an elderly patient. I doubt that this download will change their service, but I live in hope of an improvement, meanwhile I’m advising my father to find a more caring pharmacy service. This one only seems to care about the bottom line.

Worst Chemist ever. Would not answer phone. Account charged for prescriptions I have not ordered and with no prescription. Will never go to again.I point out I had previously been a customer for years and will never return.Update I sent a message via messenger. I was told the phone system is not working as it has been updated. Looking back through comments it has been a very long update. At this point I have never been contacted. As for my prescriptions. I went in to be told that Webster packs had been ordered. No. Interestingly the supposed scripts were not to be found. No explanation. Do not know what is going on or how it happened. The fact that $61 was added were they hoping that I would not check my bill. It has happened before.

Great chemist and was really happy with the service of one staff member who's name was Ali I believe. he helped me a lot and had good product knowledge. But 4 stars because scripts take really long and they never seem to pick up the phone.

Haydar is possibly one of the friendliest and most helpful pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with. Always happy, always incredibly helpful. I’ve been in during their really busy periods and he always serves with a smile and will stop and help with whatever he can no matter how busy he is. The whole team are fantastic

I want to give 5 stars review to Hayder the best pharmacist i have ever meet. I went for the flu vaccination, even afterhours and his busyness he was so happy to help me and he gave me the vaccine. He is very kind, helpful and down to earth. He was so happy all the time i saw him. Always smile on his face and recommend everyone to see hayder once you went there and say hello to him because of his greatness and you will love to talk with him. Heartly thanks HAYDER

Cardin Le was able dispense a prescription for me that was unavailable at other pharmacies. Cardin provided fast, efficient service combined with informed, friendly discussion making a pleasurable shopping experience. Cincotta Wagga is my go to pharmacy for excellent customer service.

Sadly I have to give one star when a negative star level is what this pharmacy should get. One pharmacist is notorious for bullying staff. Also, need to pay staff correctly and not deny it when it happens. Once fair work got involved they couldn’t do much but pay up! Will never set foot back in this pharmacy again!!!! Need to also stop giving customers ‘discounts’ for five star reviews on google. If this doesn’t sum the place up I don’t know what does.

Rude, lazy staff tonight!1 poor girl mopping a customer mess and serving the front counter, asks another staff member to get a wet floor sign, who refuses! She then stacks baskets at the dispenserary area! Meanwhile theres wet floors for anyone to slip on, because the lovely young lady had to go and serve customers! I walked out!

Very bad service, I had a deep cut on my thumb it was bleeding and came here for dressing, first they said they will do it and then the old pharmacist said he doesn’t want to do it, even though I offered him I can bringing all the stuff that he needs. But he denied it. I wish I can give 0 stars.
