horrible service here. came here a couple months ago and this indian middle aged manager there accused me and my kids of stealing. i was at the counter paying for the items but i had used the wrong card and it had declined. i told him i was just gonna get the right card out of my wallet and to give me a sec and he rushed his other employees to get the items off my children and told them to bring them all back because we were trying to “steal from him”. i tried to defend myself of these absurd accusations and he made fun of me and told me “to go back to my country” and “learn how to speak proper english” as if he didn’t have an accent too. ridiculous service, never coming back.

How disgusting can a place be? Learn to treat customers with respect. Accusing and yelling at someone, calling them thief as soon as they are deemed suspicious"? Train your workers to make sure your store isn't an ableist environment either

Lot's of cool stuff and cheap cards but they look expensive

Workers are very rude. They stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. I needed help locating an item and they were very unfriendly, so I left the store sooner than I was planning to as I felt too uncomfortable with being watched. Poor service.

Nice store, can get almost whatever small useful stuff here.

Kiarna is great with customer service, and is great with knowing each product. would definitely go back!
