Received an AK reels 20m hose for Xmas. Easy to install and super impressed with the quality. Will definitely get another for the other side of my house. No more tangled, kinked hoses. Thankyou

I never dealt with such an inferior product with after sales service to match. The hose does not retract and was told that it was a batch of hose. I have been trying to get them to pick it up , replace it or just refund my money with every excuse under the sun. I have contacted them on 5 occasions and every time they cannot find the order. Now the excuse is which person did I deal with and that there is 2 Johns that work there.Keep well away from AK reels there are better products on the market with real after sales service.

I recently returned a faulty hose reel to this business. Not only were the office staff friendly and polite, but the service was both prompt and efficient. My reel was returned within a short time and the problem rectified. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would recommend their business to others.

I have just installed my AK reel 20m retractable garden hose. I am super impressed by the quality of this item. The fittings look like stainless steel, heavy duty. The installation was a piece of cake (though still not sure how tight to turn the screw thread that connects the hose from tap the centre of reel as it still leaks a bit). The whole devise looks super high quality, minimum packaging that I love and simple instructions.Thank you for producing quality products.

worst customer service EVER!!!!.. sent them my hose to get it fixed ( under warranty) but they say its going to cost $120, so i say dont worry about it, just send my hose back... that was 3 months ago and still no hose and call 5 time... terrible company

I have owned an AK Reels EASYHOSE garden reel for over 5 years and it is still going strong. I was just ordering another one online and discovered they make CUSTOM MADE reels. Who knew? I want another to wash off my balcony so have ordered one to match my balcony furniture. Can't wait for it to arrive.
