My husband and I recently purchased a new lounge from Plush after visiting numerous stores. The service from Kylie at West Gosford was by far the most helpful, non pushy sales person throughout the whole experience. Plush had a huge variety of stock to choose from, Kylie was experienced in her product. Would highly recommend a visit.

Just received my amazing couch from the Plush West Gosford showroom. I’m so delighted with the product and with receiving such a great discount as it was floor stock!! Incredible quality and just so so so comfortable!! The whole process from beginning to end was seamless and Amanda in particular was very helpful with assisting me in my decision and in ensuring I was looked after from the outset. The showroom is well laid out giving the customer plenty of room to move about and view the furniture at ease and uncluttered.Staff very helpful explaining the merits of fabric or leather and with the choice of colours.We chose leather recliners so staff took the time to explain the Plush-Shield care kit, the generous10 year warranty as well as the delivery time frame we should expect.Looking forward to delivery day.An excellent shopping experience.
