Where was Keegan years ago?Several years ago the rent roll of our previous Property Manager was sold and we met Keegan. What an unexpected delight that was! I suspect like many other property owners that not a lot of 'managing' or care was really actioned and it certainly became apparent once Keegan began this had changed for the better. We recently experienced some issues with our tenants which Keegan handled with total professionalism, expert knowledge, impartiality and diplomacy. We are now selling this property and once again, Keegan has worked brilliantly with our Sales Agent from another brand. I am so impressed with our property manager,  Keegan, that I just had to write.  After some pretty horrible episodes with others over the years, it has been a delight to deal with him.
