Super helpful! I needed a problem fixed urgently and although they couldn’t get someone on site, they offered to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. And when I called them back hours later, Rhiannon literally took me step by step through it, patiently, until my problem was fixed. Polite, accommodating and above all, helpful. Great service that I can’t recommend highly enough. Crazy busy period just before Christmas too!

I recently had my 6.5yr old Astral Viron pump refurbished by Pool Care Plus in Ringwood requiring new bearings and seals, which now runs as good as new.They provided me with a very competitive price up front, outstanding follow up service and knowledgeable follow up advice. Had problems with my filter not running properly, appeared to be airlocked.Rhiannon assisted me throughout the process to ensure smooth running, working like a dream now and would definitely recommend Pool Care Plus for any assistance required.Have used previously for water testing and pool chemicals are compressively priced.Damien - Croydon VIC 3136.

Pool Care Plus is the best company I have dealt with in a very long time. 5 star service and beyond! Rhiannon is an absolute gem who answered all of my many calls with kindness, patience and knowledge, and went out of her way to find solutions. Tim, Cam and Jarryd, the onsite gurus, were highly professional, respectful, friendly and competent. They went above and beyond to help us and I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Great knowledge and advice in selecting a new Maytronics Dolphin pool cleaner for our 50 year old gold pebble pool.The Dolphin does an incredible job of cleaning our pool. We thought it was in pretty good shape but the transformation is amazing.Great advice in also providing products to enable us to keep our pool looking its best.
