The receptionists were very rude. Extremely unhelpful and give me a lot of misleading informations. They refused to make an appointment with the doctors. The clinic itself is very dusty and unclean. I went to see the doctors few years ago and they were great. So good luck getting through the rude receptionists to see your local GP.

Great to be able to see a doctor who has personal experience in his field and his wife that rounds out the picture. A lot of reviews here mention that the doctors run late and rarely get the patient in at the time booked. Yep, I agree however when you are in with the doctor, it's easy to see why. You're given a complete, holistic consultation where it's explained to you by Dr Chadfield or his colleagues every choice that you have in front of you.This takes time people!!It's also bulk billing guys. While I am sure that the clinic would abhor me pointing out that you are getting infinitely more than you are paying for, you are getting infinitely more than you are paying for! The level of care from a GP here far exceeds the level received from dozens of specialists for my opinion. This level of care at the price here means that the practice is doing this for the benefit of the patients primarily, and these decisions are made by the doctors that run the place.

Absolutely pathetic time management with regard to SOME doctors!! I was contacted almost three hours later than my appointment time, and there was no apology whatsoever!I called the reception twice to confirm if I was on the list. The receptionist confirmed this, but did not seem to want to listen/did not have time to listen to me explaining to her that we also have commitments, and that management should be made aware of our concerns.Dr. Patel ALWAYS manages to see my husband and me on time ! It is a pity that the other doctors cannot do the same. In addition to Dr. Patel's time management skills, we have received excellent care and treatment from him.

The Receptionists aren't very understanding or friendly at all, and the doctors are ALWAYS running late. We've waited half an hour on the best day. One morning we were the third appointment and after 45+ mins and after reception staff rudely giving no updates when I asked about how long we'd have to wait, we were forced to leave due to time constraints. Don't come here if you want doctors who are timely. A couple of the doctors are okay (we see Dr. Riva who is usually good), Dr Chadfield is the best we've seen though.

Dr Chatswood is fantastic, he is let down by his administration team, expect a 30min to hour wait, double check all appointments made, twice my appointments weren't entered correctly, also self check in does not work, room for improvement everywhere out of the consult room. Unfortunately Dr Chatswood is so good I consider the effort to see him worth it.

Extremely condescending and rude receptionist. One time over the phone and next time face to face. All they want to do is bark at and scare patients away.The place itself is very un-inviting and dingy.

Wait times can be quite long at times depending on the Dr, but they are quite knowledgeable and seem to be more thorough than many other places I’ve been. I click with some Drs more than others and have found RESULTS coming here. I recommend researching your medical matter so you can help Drs help you, and at Elizabeth St they are open to suggestions and listen to how you really feel. 4 stars only because wait times and admin can sometimes be tedious, otherwise worth the wait for the genuinely helpful care you get.

Went to several doctors with multiple symptoms and none had a clue. Don't make the mistake of suggesting what your condition might be. Many doctors ignore the symptoms and concentrate on proving you wrong. Turns out, I was right, but didn't find out until I went to this establishment. They are professional and thorough, and my Doctor, Bruce Chadfield, really wants to find out what is wrong with you. I was very angry with the treatment I received from some other doctors before I went here. Even though Bruce sent me for ultrasounds and CT scans, he found out what it was with a simple blood test. Now I get an injection every 8 weeks and I'm good. Huge difference between a good professional and a less than good one.

Dr Chadfield is great and an excellent Doctor but needs to understand patients don't have an infinite amount of time to wait around! Timekeeping is really lacking! Waited an hour and a 1/2 just to be seen and when I was in with him he seemed to think I had a lot of time to just listen to him teach his medical student!

I must agree with other reviewers, the reception staff here are absolute useless and so unhelpful. Don't waste your time with Caitlyn she's awful and will ruin your entire day.
