The customer service from Foot Centre Group Moorabbin was fantastic. From my initial phone call to the follow up email for my care program was personal & attentive.Every staff member I met was engaging, professional & extremely helpful as I am currently on crutches & in a full leg brace.Annabel was the podiatrist I saw & she was engaging, professional, careful with my leg during the treatment.This was my first visit to Foot Centre Group & I would not hesitate to return or recommend them to others.

Tom is my podiatrist at Moorabbin and he is professional and prompt with his appointments . He will attend to any podiatric concerns you may have with a high standard of care and results to achieve any goals of treatment. The reception staff are competent and pleasant with a welcoming attitude to a friendly environment and a relaxed consultation. Thank you Moorabbin podiatry.

I was so impressed with Foot Centre Group and the staff who work there. The online appointment was simple to navigate. I completed a health history online which was easy to use and convenient.Once I arrived, I was acknowledged by reception staff and Sarah, my podiatrist was on time, professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed and treated my issue efficiently. We chatted throughout the treatment, as she could tell I was a little apprehensive, however, the entire treatment was pain free so I had nothing to worry about.I even received a treatment plan so I understand the diagnosis, treatment and follow up which I can refer to if required.What a wonderful service you provide. Thank you so much. I’ve been raving about you since I left. :)

I’ve been attending this clinic for several months now and Jess has been fantastic. I’d moved to the area a few years ago and attended many clinics to try to find the right podiatrist. Finally I found Jess at Foot Centre Group who is excellent at what she does, super friendly and is helping me. I would highly recommend her.

Podiatry is not a service I have ever utilised in the past. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and appreciated. Reception were very helpful with some claiming queries and all staff seemed happy to be looking after people. I was listened to, the info I provided on my issue was valued and the treatment felt professional and individually tailored. I was thrilled to discover a discipline so dedicated to their field of practice.

I couldn’t recommend Foot Centre in Moorabbin more. They cover the full spectrum of podiatry services with a solid focus on sports as well. On this particular occasion I took my elderly grandfather along to see Jemma about his toe nails. She did a fantastic job, was patient, fastidious and really kind. We were even able to set up regular home visits. Thanks for your help Foot Centre Group!

I was immediately impressed on entering the practice. The receptionist Chrissie made me feel most welcome. I was then seen by Eliza at my allocated time. Eliza was exceptional in her care of my foot problems. She listened and provided excellent care. The practice is clean and well laid out. After the consultation, Chrissie was very efficient in processing my account. Highly recommend the Foot Centre Group.

Felt like I just had to leave a review because I have had a great experience every appointment. From the warm, friendly reception staff to the podiatrists that are so knowledgeable and personable - each time it feels like I’m chatting with a friend! Thanks to Sarah and Tom for their ongoing care and the whole team for a great vibe in clinic always. Great to have a team I can rely on!

I was very impressed with Foot Centre Group Moorabbin & highly recommend the Centre. On entering the Centre we were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member. I took my elderly mother to have her feet checked & was seen by Tom. He was very friendly & made my mum feel very comfortable & relaxed. He was professional & caring taking his time explaining what he was doing. My mum was very satisfied & happy with the results. We will definitely be returning. Very happy clients.
