Great service. They didn't mind to answer any questions that I was concerned about. Would gladly come again!

Although they do a great job on doing the nails themselves, they are not professional people. I booked 3 hours in advance for an appointment. I turned up on time to my appointment, only for no one to be available to do my nails for me when I turned up, so they asked me to wait, which was ok. But then another lady walked in, while I was still waiting, and said her nail was chipped so they immediately helped her and fixed her nails for her straight away before even serving me who had been waiting about 20 mins at this stage. Very unprofessional in my eyes. I understand if I was a walk-in and no one was free, but I booked in advance. Won’t be going back there

Stopped in for a spur of the moment pedicure, even though they were obviously busy, the lovely Jess was more than accommodating. Stopped for much needed break off my feet for some pampering was exactly the service I received. Jess was so very welcoming & friendly as well as great at providing a wonderful experience.Thankyou, definitely will be returning !!

I have had two nail services at Daisy Nails recently. They advertise Shellac so I asked for this, the owner was lovely but I was very disappointed when she took to the surface of my natural nails with an electric file. There is no need to file the natural nail for Shellac to adhere so more than likely they are using some type of gel and not genuine Shellac. Or otherwise the owner doesn’t know how to use Shellac correctly. She chose a great colour for me and I was otherwise happy with the result.I returned two weeks later and paid extra for removal of old ‘shellac’ and reapplication. I knew they had likely used gel not shellac so they would need to use an electric file to break the seal before soaking off. A different nail tech this time, also very friendly but was in training. She used the electric drill to file the gel from the surface all the way down to my natural nail which is also unnecessary with genuine Shellac that can be sailed off in acetone with no drilling at all. The drill slipped in her hand several times hitting my skin, causing bleeding cuts in two places and two scratches to my nail so deep that I can see them through 3 layers of polish.Another nail tech painted my nails and I was happy with the colour and application.This nail salon is affordable and easy to book into and gets 2 stars for that. I deducted 3 stars for lack of care to protect my natural nails from damage, staff with lack of skill on the electric drill damaging my nails and skin, and selling me a non genuine product advertised as Shellac (or misuse of Shellac). Overall 2/5 and I would not recommend this salon to anyone who cares to protect the health of their natural nails.

No not recommend, I previously left a bad review because it was assumed by me that after my pedicure colour discoloured that I would receive the free service as state previously.I’ve spent $65 on two pedicures over 4 days because I changed my colour... the staff need to be more consistent in asking questions.
