Had Harry come in for x2 basic aircon service. Come in on the dot, very fast, efficient and gave good advice.Absolutely lovely and very polite with a good bit of banter.Will be using K & J from here on out as long as they have employees like Harry.

I want to pass on to you my thanks and appreciation for the very professional service I received yesterday from Jarrod, who came to have a look at my dishwasher. He attended on time, and thoroughly inspected the appliance giving very helpful explanations along the way. It appears that he has fixed the issue without the requirement of any new parts. Very impressive. Jarrod’s experience and knowledge is greatly appreciated and it will be a pleasure to recommend him and your company to my friends.

This company was totally professional from start to finish. Amazing customer service, friendly, on time and fantastic work. The workers that installed our air conditioners was very professional, polite and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend their services.

I turned to K & J Burns after receiving sub par service and workmanship elsewhere and they're my go-to now. Have used them four times in the last 12 months for various services. Their customer service, communication and work quality has been consistently excellent. They have been respectful and patient to explain things to me and have kept in touch when I haven't been able to be on-site. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Having had previous good service, recent interaction is very disappointing.5 yo Miele Dishwasher faulted and happy to pay $190 call-out fee. Despite numerous faults showing on the board, the technician determined that only one of those faults was the issue and I was quoted another $300 to supply & fit replacement part. Upon completion of work, technician ran dishwasher for a few minutes and determined it was working fine. However upon first complete cycle after he left, the dishwasher faulted again. The business manager insists it’s a different fault (despite numerous faults noted in first instance) and is refusing to respond any further to my phone calls . End result - I have paid $600 for a dishwasher service and still have a problem. Not good enough K&J Burns.

We have employed this company over a number of years for Air-conditioning maintenance and repair. Air-conditioning reliability in the NT is of paramount importance which is something K&J invariably provide.That is why we stick with them.

Absolutely amazing, were prompt, responsive and extremely helpful when dealing with a difficult job. Worked late to assist our company (Nightcliff Plumbing & Gas) to get the water and power back on to a property late in the afternoon. Highly recommend 5 ⭐️

We had Ayden and he was fantastic!! I would highly recommend using these guys as they have it together from phone call enquiring regarding their services to the Tech Ayden coming in, completing the job real hands on! Our aircons were almost throw away but he managed to make them sparkle for us, and we forgot how an Aircon should operate... cold!Many thanks again K & J Burns Electrical & Refrige... Perfect!

Punctual and professional installation of a replacement air con at a realistic price. All areas cleaned and left spotless after completion. I would recommend K&J Burns and will definitely use them for any future work including electrical.
