Absolutely thrilled with the service received from Phong this week. The effort he put in to the recommissioning of my machine is greatly appreciated. The training he provided was also very clear, knowledgeable and easy to follow. I can’t wait to get stuck into creating my designs!

They are amazingly dedicated and Phong, in particular, is so diligent and thorough; has helped me out of many a tricky situation.Love my UCVJ300-160, allows me to print all kinds of awesome wraps like these rippers for my business.

Recently purchased a Mimaki plotter and had trouble setting up the software. Spoke with Phong who was polite and very professional and went above and beyond with assisting my issue. Great and prompt customer service, very happy with my Mimaki plotter and technical support. Thank you.

Mimaki have been wonderful to work with. I purchased a 3DUJ-2207 Full Colour 3D Printer and Joshua Doan was the technician who installed and provided training. He went through every step multiple times with us until we understood everything. He came every day for as long as was needed. Because of him I have confidence in my knowledge of the machine so I can keep it running smoothly for years to come. I also have peace of mind that should I need him he is only an email or phone call away.I couldn't have hoped for a better service.

Recently bought a Mimaki CJV150-75 and Josh was the installation man. He was very thorough and extremely patient with my stupid questions. Over the few days we spent together he trained me to be an almost professional printer. Showing me everything from cut lines to cleaning the machine. I’m so pleased with how knowledgeable josh was, everything was answered in detail. Honestly, I am so impressed with the printer but the after service is unbelievable. I have called josh approximately 10 times post installation and he has been there to guide me each and every step of the way. It was my first Mimaki printer and most certainly won’t be the last and hopefully next time I get someone as knowledgeable as josh for my installation.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the service team, they have been amazing with our needs and when we require help they’re only one phone call away and go above and beyond to help. Muzo from the service team especially has been amazing and calling in to check if everything is running well and we no longer had the issues we called about. Fantastic management and fantastic service team, couldn’t thank you all enough.

Muzo is an absolute gem. He has been nothing but patient and persistent to always go out of his way to fix any problem I have had with my machine. Whether it be through phone, zoom or attending my work place, I know I can always cant on Muzo. Thank you for being the most hardworker I have known in a Technician!

Great experience yesterday, machine looks like new ! almost had to tell him to stop I'm pretty sure he was going to start emptying my bins they way he was cleaning ! :)))) can't whip smile off my face turned nightmare into ''winning'' Thanks !!!! hold on to that staff member great asset to Mimaki and loves his job obviously

Very happy with service we have received from Mimaki Australia, within 24 hours the team at the office arranged with technician Darshana to fix our printer.
