We had 2 glasswashers in need of repair heading into a very busy day of events in our restaurants and the team at Excel Catering Repairs sorted it out for us with no fuss and excellent service. Highly recommend!

These guys were absolute life savers! Very quick to organise solutions to our glasswashing issues. They not only organised a new machine on the day but they organised a replacement solution for a different venue. With hospitality staff shortages being an ongoing issue this really helped to lighten the load and we are very grateful.Thanks :)

Im sure they are professional technicians who are good at what they do if you can get past the seriously bloody rude receptionist. If I was the business owner Id be wondering how much business her attitude is costing me.

Fixed both of our ovens without any hassle and for a reasonable price

Terrible experience. Repairman attended twice to fix our grill, once to tell us a new clicker/igniter needs to be ordered in, but the problem with the grill wasn't fixed.The following week when he came back and installed the new igniter and left, the grill failed again a day later. He reported to distributor that it's due to excessive draft where the grill was installed but that's not the problem. It was a blatant lie to cover for his incompetence and inability to diagnose and fix the real problem.We had to get another repair service ourselves and the problem is now fixed. The grill is still installed in the same spot. The distributor Federal Hospitality Equipment looks for any excuse to avoid their warranty obligations including with other unrelated equipment we purchased from them even though it's not related to the grill. The faulty grill have now disrupted our business for 4+ weeks and we're out of pocket for our own repairs costs, loss of income and of course the cost of equipment We now have to go to Consumer Affairs.Do not use. And also avoid Federal Hospitality Equipment.

Excel Catering Repairs offer us an excellent service. Great pricing and quick responsive out of hours service when we need it. Can not speak more highly of the team. Highly recommended.
