Australia Post - Artarmon Post Shop

Service is slow unless you go to older gentleman - not supervisor. If you go to supervisor forget about it - you'll be there all day and/or leaving without whatever you needed. They do not want to help. They don't care if there's a line out the door. Unsure why my parcel is directed to their office that is never open at times when people are actually available to collect - when it should just go to the locker or get redelivered instead.

Things have really improved in Artarmon AP (not easy in covid times). I asked the staff, best time to go, if possible - which was also helpful. Pleasant and helpful staff. many thanks for providing a great service.

Like always very bad service. Parcel pick up date and time are misleading and it happened more than once where i had to leave empty hand, what a waste of time but the most frustrating part is the staff show zero empathy and blame other staff for poor management.The staffs are not happy to work there have lack skills working in a customer facing role.

The dark haired woman who served me today seemed to take pleasure in being as rude and difficult as possible. Rubbish.

So, it depends, sometimes it's fine and occasionally it is bad. Below is my old review, but since then I have only had decently positive experiences visiting this post office.I believe this is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I've had fairly nice experiences there in the past, and the lady who I actually was being served by was very nice so this is a shame.

I had a very tough and long day. Artarmon post office was my second last stop of the day and I was already exhausted by the time when I walked in. Melissa, she put up a big smile and greeted me. After hearing my tricky request and situation, she went above and beyond to assist me. She was so warm, not only just there to serve a regular customer but also genuinely wanted to help me as much as she could, she didn't have to but she did. She was the only one who helped me today, maybe to her she's just doing her job but to me she's really lightened my dreadful day. I hope this message somehow would reach to the store manager and people like this deserves to be recognised and appreciated. Thanks again Mel.Ally

Service here is absolutely terrible, especially that female officer. Rude & racial profiling. I’ve seen her shouting at both her coworker and customer. That place stinks too, looks like they never clean up the outside. Avoid.

Super helpful and very professional! This is possibly the best Australian post office where to get things done (e.g., passport application etc). Competent and friendly. THANK YOU

I wanted to ship a small box which usually only costs $20 to ship. The Chinese guy at the counter put the size and weight much larger and charged me much more.
