The variety of classes means there is something for everyone. Liv’s Monday night Yoga class sets me up for the week ahead, her openness to share knowledge and guide you through your flow makes this my favourite day of the week.

Signed up to bc martial arts and I was not disappointed. The owner and trainer Olivia is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and safe. It was a fun bubbly environment to train in I would highly recommend BC martial arts :) 5 stars from me
