Big Flower

A whole sale sort of nursery. Impressive range & great prices. Best to know what you’re after prior to going as there isn’t many staff around.Iv had heaps of help off a friendly lady who is the manager (not Lynn) who took me around the whole nursery showing me specific pants.Afternoons when it’s quieter not many around. We have bought probably 50 plants here in the last 4 months and refuse to buy plants anywhere else.Best prices, plants are huge and healthy, anything beyond that who cares if the service isn’t up to your standard the plants and prices are amazing and that’s why you’re there.I love the nursery.

I called ahead to see it they had a specific plant and was told yes. Drove 45mins to get there to be told by the woman smoking at the cash register that they don’t have it or any of that variety. On my treck back to the car found some in a similar variety. Was sad to see the bloke on the mobility scooter roaming around doing fixit jobs couldn’t take the time to assist nor would the woman on the front register attempt to assist at all. Won’t be back.

This is the first negative review I have given.If there was a quarter of a star, that's the one I would pick! Plants are friendlier than the staff. I will not be going back again. I will be quite happy paying more at Lee Rowan's around the corner.

Wow I should have read the reviews before going lolReally nice big nursery, but don’t expect any help or assistance. Seems as though they couldn’t care if they make a sale or not.I’m assuming the rude old lady at the counter is “Lyn” & then there were 2 old men sitting there smoking away, when I approached for help, with my toddler (love that cigarette smoke for her!!!)I wanted to buy some flowers to help pollinate my olive tree but they all said they’ve “never heard of it”. Ended up buying a very cheap (really large) ivy which was marked $12.95 but she told me it was $49.95, I only paid the $12.95 as it was marked that.Would have loved to support a smaller/local nursery but Lyn just lost another customer lol.

They have best healthy plants and good variety of plants and there is plenty of help if you need to know anything I wouldn’t go anywhere else

It's about the plants. Not whether or not the lady at the counter is friendly. Buying in bulk for mass plantings in my garden has always been a pleasure from the big flower.

I love this place. The plants are cheap and the intolerant rude old flogs who own it are entertaining. I always make a point of asking old Lyn questions about prices, gardening tips etc. She hates her own customers and her rudeness is hilarious.

These reviews are gold. I always wondered why the lady at the counter hated me so much. Turns out she just hates everyone. Weird experience but the plants aren't too bad for the price.

One of the cheapest and best I found. Huge and almost all possible options Available to buy. Not less than a mall for plants

I went for a specific bush, had stopped going there a few years ago due to the rudeness of the older staff. The owners I believe.I had hoped things had changed, well how wrong was I, the 2 old ladies and 2 old men could give a hoot about customers, have never heard of customer service.They couldn't get off their butts to help out and then when I wish them all a wonderful Christmas absolutely no response, they are the rudest owners I have ever come across, definitely won't go back no matter what I am after!!!
