Westpoint Autos Tyre and Mechanical

I’ve been trying to get in contact with anyone from seventeen mile rocks for the past 3-4 weeks with a leather replacement warranty inquiry. I’ve called Nissan 5 times and each time they say someone from seventeen mile rocks will get back to you. They never have. I’m still waiting. Very poor reception staff communication.

Quick and painless servicing. Singh was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing negative about this experience. Dropped my van in at 830 and was ready by 2pm. Txted when it was done so I didn’t have to call.

Singh s customer service was excellent and he went out of his way to get the job done.Highly recommend customers to get hold of him if you visit Westpoint. Great communication and easy to deal with.keep it up Buddy .Nilesh

Went for my new car first free checkup Gagandeep singh was amazing to deal with we waited in customer waiting area. It was supposed to be a quick check over but took us 4 hours . I was not happy with waiting time but can’t help it that day seemed like things were overbooked and shot of staff. Singh made my visit bit relaxing by offering me complimentary uber, coffee and snacks at the time. Gagan has best customer dealing skills i would appreciate if he can get my car mats to me as well that was ordered by sales thats not been delivered to me yet.

Booked in for a loan car month ago, when I got there yesterday got told all the loan cars are gone, had to take a Uber home and lost day of work,the guy told me my Ute won’t be ready till 4 or 4:30, that was 9 in the morning , I was only there to fix the handle of my tray which was jammed for few weeks,only brought the Ute brand new last December, when I went back to pick up my Ute he told me that my warranty only covers engine problems so I had to pay 80 an hour for the mechanic? Lost a day of work, paid over 100 for Uber just to get home and back to the workshop, didn’t get the loan car as promised, that 7 years of warranty seems like a big joke. Strongly suggest go support your local mechanic or go elsewhere for any mechanic issues, at least you would be told the truth

My past experiences with Westpoint staff was very bad and I had to haggle a lot to get the things done.But today I’m very pleased with the kind of service and gesture extended to me from Gagandeep. He is a very polite guy with a service attitude.Earlier I was thinking to go elsewhere for my car device but I will now use Westpoint and give a go for my next car service!

Singh was very helpful got me in and out from kicking my car up from my service! Definitely would recommend coming here for your car needs!

Worst experience visited first time for peace of mind service. On arrival nobody asked for any issues instead just told that it's just piece of mind service and asked to sign form. I told person about one of issue he said that he will ask technician to work on it. No updates whether looked into issue or not. There was less staff for car wash, asked to come later for wash but I told that I cannot make it again. Car wash was pathetic. It was pretty busy, might have got more cars for service. Worst experience.

Singh was great and helpful. Company however, was a little rude in organising uber for transport waited half an hr and had to call 3 times to get it organised. Receptionist greeting upon arrival was unwelcoming.
