The store is great, it’s full of games, not to mention he has CD’s and DVD’s too. Also (the store owner) Bob, is great, he’s always calm and happy. The prices for the items in the store are affordable, and his products work so well. It would make things a lot easier if he made a website of things that are in stock though, other than that this is my favorite place in Mowbray.

Before heading to this store, I checked opening times on Google. Times indicated that the store would be open on Tuesday 29/12/20 with varied holiday trading hours. I drove past the store on Saturday 26/12/20 to make sure I had the correct location and that there were no changes to trading hours that were unadvertised. Arriving on Tuesday 29/12/20, I was met with a hand written note on the door stating that the store would not be open until 05/01/21. A huge waste of time and a missed opportunity for this business all due to poor communication.

I remember coming here with my friend every weekend 10 years ago when I was just a kid, we’d walk 6km’s because our parents were sick of driving.We happily traded our games we’d completed for new games we haven’t played.I recently moved back to launceston to see old friends and family and I stopped by to check if my childhood games store was still open.Fair enough it was!I went in and thrilled to see some young boys trading their games for new ones just like I used to.Never caught the shop owners name but I could recognise his friendly face from miles away.Great store, worth the travel.

I've been going here since i was six years of age, and I'm now turning 17. This store has always been a place of many memories for me, and Bob noticed me come in for the first to in ages and treated me with great hospitality. He has a wide variety of items to sell and his products are amazing too. Thanks Bob for always being such a kind man, your store is amazing. If anyone reading this ever has the need to buy affordable video games, this is the site to go to.

Bob has an amazing collection of games, movies, albums and collectables. Very competitive prices, and has always made me feel welcome and my business appreciated. I can't recommend him and his treasure trove enough!As a game collector, it's become an important part of my life and hope to continue visiting here for many years to come.My kids also feel very welcome here and I will always choose Cunningham's over any other used game shop.He can even resurface damaged discs (not blurays though) for a small but reasonable fee.My favourite shop in all of Tasmania ♥️

This shop not only has a large and plentiful selection of retro games. They have CDs, DVDs etc. The owners amazing and this shop is fantastic. Please if you are ever driving past here stop in and buy something it's really good 10/10
