Great service provided by Dr Adam. Couldn’t recommend more, very informative throughout the process which made it a great experience.

I booked an appointment as a Veteran with Gold Card which they said they accepted. On the day of the appointment, after consultation with the Dentist Mr Adam Frederick, the receptionist advised me that they don't treat Veterans as the rate is too low. I feel completely let down by the system and by this dental practice. Veterans should be treated with more respect.

Adam has been our dentist for a few years. He makes us feel very comfortable, he is caring and explains every thing very well. His calming nature makes the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend Adam as a dentist.

Dr Frederick has successfully performed several, from my perspective quite challenging, interventions, always consultatively, with minimal discomfort. Excellent dentistry with a gentle touch - I fully endorse this description.

Great dentist. Very gentle, takes time to explain and listen. His assistant is also really lovely and both of them create a safe and relaxing environment (as relaxing a dentist's practice can be!). I recommend them.

I can’t recommend the team at Prahran Dental Group more highly. I have always had high levels of anxiety associated with dental work, to the point where I’d often require sedation for the smallest procedures. But Dr Frederick is incredibly gentle, and he and his staff go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and well informed. I’ve even found my anxiety has started to lessen. To anyone browsing Google looking for a really gentle, friendly dentist - this is the place.

Almost a month and a half ago I called Prahran Dental Group begging for an appointment as I had multiple cavities in my mouth that were preventing me from eating without agonizing pain. I was booked in the next week for a consultation and a temporary fix. The only problem is, I was petrified of the dentist. Here is a list of things I'd rather do than go to the dentist:* Hang with some cobras, or snakes in general* Watch Australia with Nicole Kidman on repeat for 24 hours* Hang at funtopia with kids for 12 hours (and no alcohol)* Eat brussel sprouts rawYou get the idea, the last time I went to the dentist I had an epic panic attack, pulled the needle out of my mouth and bit the dentist. I had put going back to the dentist off for so long that I had done I myself no favours. My teeth were only getting worse, so I had to do this before it got even worse and possibly risk an infection (eek).The team at Prahran Dental Group were amazing. From the moment I first walked in, I felt safe and listened to. They did not do anything I'm not mentally capable of doing, they explained what is happening or what needs to happen. Over three appointments the team have turned going to the dentist from one of the worst experiences of my life to something not to be afraid of. This team came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I am eternally grateful for that recommendation. If you're struggling with anxiety about going to the dentist than see this team.Thanks to the team for being awesome. I'll see you in a few weeks.
