A blonde man with a beard was nothing but rude to my family and I. We stopped by to fill up on fuel and get my sister a drink, walked in to pay and the man told us that we could not pay card. He told us we could write our name down and come back to pay tomorrow but gave us nothing but attitude. My mum asked for his name, he gave us a fake one and then refused to tell us his name. As a person who works in customer service/retail you should ALWAYS priorotise the customer. There will be moments that aren't the most enjoyable, but refusing to give names when YOU were rude is unbelievable. Sometimes customers will not like how you act, simply take it as a note for next time and move on. Very rude and will hopefully NEVER have to step foot in there again.

Since my last review the pumps are now upgraded and its got 3 hoses on each side of 2 pumps and another diesel pump.It's heaps better and quicker.Well done it was long overdue

Went into to pay for fuel and the dude with blonde hair got mad at us cause we had card not cash and called the the emergency service on us

On the day I visited, it was the cheapest premium diesel for miles around. Great little find if you want to save some money on a fill up - maybe on the way home?

Im appauled at how well a particular staff member reacted to a situation that had occured last night. I went in with all intentions of paying my phone being the pnly soyrce of money he tells me the eftpos is down. A sign should have been placed. Instead he demanded my name was very rude i asked for his name in return to make a formal conplaint yet he refused to give it to me. So this staff member has two tone bleach blonde hair and a beard. The complete and utter disrespect. When it was not his fault, well it wasnt mone either so why should i have been spoken to in such manor.. im disgustes i will never return and will deter any and as many people i can away from this servo. My recommendations is to fill up before you head up the mountain.

Had to pump fuel in the rain and watch water run down the hose and in my tank while filling. Be very weary.

Great staff on site (always). Problem: This is the only petrol station in town, needs repaving, badly. Caltex, why be such an eyesore on our community? Invest a little capital into refreshing the look of this location? Tamborine Mountain is a beautiful place, show us that you care.
