What the heck I was only wanting to replace my Medicare card from my stolen wallet. Front door locked, although open, persisted as it is a Service, told I needed an appointment, ok sanitise and come in. Go there do this. What has happened over the past decade. The barriers are too too tuff in a Service that seems under threat.

5 stars to Roger and the Receptionist. Thank you for your understanding, empathy and assistance when we needed help asap for our 95 year old just widowed father.The receptionist was warm and friendly and Roger went compasionatly the extra mile".So grateful in our "hour of need".We understand the security lady needs to maintain her important role but a smidge of friendliness wouldn't go astray."

After two days of trying to contact Centrelink by phone and online to make an appointment, I have given up. My only recourse is to travel 55km to the nearest Centrelink office to actually make an appointment and then travel home again only to return the next day for the appointment. Centrelink have made it impossible to make an appointment online or otherwise. The frustration with this non service is at boiling point.

Workers not doing anything just sitting there having a coffee.... All I need is a rent certificate and have already been here 35 mins not fun when your 6months pregnant....they should all ready have them ready for people ....

Today i had to go into centerlink at narooma the lady and sadly I didn't get her name but she is office manager I think she said was so busy serving customers doing more than one job at a time and was so lovely and helpful to everyone she encountered i feel she went far beyond what would be normally required especially in these trying times i hope you receive some recognition for all your help WELL DONEWith kind regardsAnne

About this centre there is no option zero star rating.Ver bad experience about all staff and security lady is discussting.Need new staff here very bad very bad.
