I was served by and older blonde lady.I was surprised how extremely knowledgeable and friendly she was. Great customer service needs to be recognised these days.( Especially when your spending alot of money)Will definitely be back!

Deb and Lisa have litterelly made my dreams come true. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. They were friendly and attentive, and not pushy. Deb and Lisa were honest and helpful, really made our experience a day to remember. If you want to experience real customer service with people who are truly honest, make sure you visit the ladies at Tuggerah. Absolutely a truly fantastic day! Can't wait to see the ladies again! And make sure you get a coffee from the pretzel shop out the front whilst shopping in zamels!

Candice I's the salesperson you are looking for . attentive and welcoming. she spent about 40 mins with my wife showing many different pieces of jewelry and when it was apparent there was no sale her attitude did not change. It was because of this I came back and bought the ring my wife liked for her Christmas present at double the budget I had lolIf you are reading this Candice she absolutely loved it.
