Terrible customer service. Young guy took forever to come to the counter even after turning from what he was doing at the far counter and realising he had customers. I ordered a large vanilla malt milkshake, paid, and headed outside to wait. A few minutes passed and he called out 'large vanilla milkshake' and i said 'malt?' To clarify if it was my order. His instant response was 'you didn't order malt' i told him i definitely did. He then said you can't have ordered malt, because we don't have malt? I said I understand if you didn't hear me properly but i ordered vanilla malt mate. He responded by staring at me blankly while holding the drink out, which was warm by the way. How on earth you make a warm milkshake is beyond me. Anyway, very rude young kid. To be honest i don't know how you continue to profit in a business when you have front of house staff that obviously couldn't care less about your store. Won't order from here again.

Ordered a takeaway crispy chick burger, it came with fresh crunchy fries. The chicken was perfectly seasoned! Great customer service and I didn’t have to wait long at all!

Ordered a Portuguese burger, cost $20 with a can of software drink and chips. The idea of the burger was good and flavours were great, unfortunately the chicken WAS NOT COOKED, full raw in the middle. No time to take back in the middle of jobs

Coffee is a favourite of mine, especially a long block. If this coffee fails I never return.The first sip sold me, wow excellent coffee I thought.I picked up a vegan snag roll, they have a few non meat options.I started chatting with the owner. Nice bloke, friendly and helpful. He was probably busy and needed to get back to work. However his body language and politeness was not showing this.The coffee is good, he happens to be Italian. Say no more.The vegan snag roll, coffee were excellent.He even was happy to serve it up with Sriracha, which made my day.Clean, tidy, friendly staff and great food.10/10

Hanging out for a Burger heading home and gave this place a go.Pleasant staff providing the sustenance we needed. Not the best burgers and with the tables outside one was very wobbly and the other Sticky even after being wiped down due to the oil on the air while being stored inside at night apparently.

The new owner Matt is doing an amazing job. The burgers are improved, simple in a great way and hit the spot perfectly.Matt and his staff are genuine, kind and make me smile.He is now also selling allpress coffee and won't find a better coffee in Springwood, let alone after 3pmCan not recommend this place enough.

They got the order wrong, 2 burgers with 1 vegan burger. Naturally they messed up on the vegan burger, leaving one person with no lunch.The beef burger was just ok, the portugese chicken was slightly better.All in all I wouldn't be going back
