Autobarn Opposite Lock Balcatta

WOW! Sales and customer service was SUPERB on the weekend from the lady with the wild purple hair (Kylie I think). She went above and beyond to get me sorted with a few small issues with my 4WD. I will continue to shop there moving forward after receving such good service and friendly conversation at the same time \m/

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU !! to Stretton who has helped me many times when I've shopped in store, I cant say enough on how helpful he has been. I always found him and other staff members to be friendly and professional, I feel he has loads of knowledge on products. When I shop in store I feel confident that I will be given the correct advice I always look for him when I'm in store for assistance, 6 stars from me. to Stretton. Its my go to shop for anything and everything Automotive :)

Shout out to the guys at Autobarn Balcatta for their friendly and excellent customer service. Carlton kindly offered to fit the steering wheel cover I bought from their plentiful and organised display (compared to store around the corner, whose shelves appeared to be the end result of a Frisbee contest!). 5 star service without a doubt!

You know the mad women that screams into the workshop and says there is something wrong with her car. I am that woman, and what I needed on that day was Autobarn Balcatta. I could not have come across more caring and willing mechanics to help me out. The crew at Autobarn Balcatta immediately came to my rescue and assured me my car was in no immediate trouble. When you are so far away from home you need to know someone will be willing to help and calm you down. I am so grateful for the advice and the kindness shown to me. Thanks so much Autobarn Balcatta, even though I live a long way away, hopefully I will see you again.

I have used this store only a few times over the last 2 to 3 years and every visit, like today's, has been completely underwhelming.The first staff member I dealt with didn't know what a pressure pack or aerosol of automotive paint was until I explained it several times. Having overcome that hurdle he subsequently checked the system and found a part number and location.A senior staff member whom I've seen in the store, stood behind the counter (the shop wasn't busy) and at no time assisted the obviously untrained staff member in any way.The shop, because of staff I suspect, does not have a friendly atmosphere unlike the Joondalup branch where the opposite is the case but unfortunately they didn't have the product I needed,Lesson don't shop in the Balcatta branch again.

I rang first to make sure they had what I needed,and upon arrival, the lovely young man had it waiting at the counter for me.

Been here many times before and the staff have always been more than attentive and welcoming. Came in for a battery today. Explained I’d had a few bills come out lately and it came at a bad time. I left with a Supercharge battery that I felt was a really fair price. The Gent who served me really knew what he was talking about not only with me but many other customers I’ve heard him help while being in store in the past.

Frankie was an excellent staff member to work with, made sure that everything I wanted was in stock before I came down to the store and then opened up the back door after they had closed it so I could grab my gear. Legend.

Stretton was extremely helpful in getting me all sorted with a head unit and the bits that go with it. Would've had no clue otherwise, Cheers!
