I went to this shop to ask for advice on Plantation Shutters. I was met with an extremely negative response and told that they did not want to waste their time coming to my place to give me some advice. Since then I have had advice from another Company who were most helpful and also came to my house to look at my situation. I would not have given a star but I could only post this if I did.

I was recently persuaded by the very knowledgeable staff to install Luxaflex Duette"venetian blinds . I was reticent as they were quite expensive but trusting their professionalism I am pleased to say they have been one of our best purchases in our renovations .Service and backup have been exemplary"
