Walked into Shellharbour pacific furniture, never had anyone ask for help as the women were so busy talking, then they asked if my son could get off the lounge and apologises that they don’t have somewhere for little kids to sit. I said no problem and began to exit without them even blinking an eye. Customer service is gone these days.

Bought 3 bar stools. We were polite and easy customers but also asked if they could build them instead of flat pack delivery. Turns out that was too much for them. Told us how easy it was, although couldn't do it themselves, and then would only do it for a fee. So in times of business downturn they couldn't even go that little bit extra for a customer. They have our purchase history and we have spent money with them before, but this simple request was beyond them. Doubt I will even walk in the store again.

Will never buy from this place.My parents brought a lounge 3 years ago which they can't even sit on, it's that bad, my mother is disabled , got the run around since November last year only to be told the lounge has one year warranty! When there's no evidence of that on the contract they received or on their website. We'll be taking this further

Bought second mattress here, good deal!

This place has great furniture. We bought a very nice bedroom suite and new mattress. Spoke to a very lovely lady named Michelle who talked us through what we were after. If u want gd furniture go see Pacific Furniture at shellharbour they will look after u.

Great service good price and quick delivery

I had a new lounge suite delivered last week and the service was second to none. Jason was incredibly helpful with my purchase and the deliver men were quick and efficient. I would recommend this store to all. Great range of stock and good prices.

Expect a run around.Delivery was supposed to come between 9:30 - 12:30, showed up at 8am.Took three attempts to finally get the mattress I ordered.First mattress was ripped in the corner and had a black mark from one of the delivery drivers, as well as black finger marks up the wall. Was advised this mattress wasn’t intended to be delivered and they put the wrong one in the truck, second mattress would be delivered shortly.Second time round was given a waiver to sign in regards to accepting that damage may occur while placing the goods into its intended position.Fair enough if you accidentally mark the wall, that can easily be wiped off, but to have black marks on a brand new mattress, no.I also feel like wearing gloves or asking to wash your hands would have solved this issue all together.Second mattress ended up being soaked and had water marks on one end.Finally got it right the third time.Customer service could definitely be improved.
