I have been several times over many years nothing too hard for the technitions to fix on my Pfaff sewing machine excellent service they service many other brands of sewing machines always great staff love this place.

I bought my machine here back in the early 2000's and it's still going strong. That says it all really! Good service and clear explanations of cost and repair options when I had to get parts replaced.

We handed in our sewing machine for repair in Sept 2019. In July 2020 got called and thought it was fixed. However, when i got there they had only done a check for fault and estimate of cost for repairs. Accepted the estimate and left empty handed. Today, Feb 2021, i finally could pick up my machine.. after over a 16 month wait!!! When asked for explanation to why this long delay, they could not give a straight forward and honest answer... Will not go back...
