There’s a lot of rooms for seasonal workers here.But the hot water does not come out. So almost all people are not able to take a shower with hot water at winter.The complain has not accepted for some reasons.Whatever it is, the workers does not stay for free. pay for stay.Deserve to ask, they should fix it.

I normally try to remain positive when writing a review. Sorry I could not on this. We booked online to stay here on the 28/12/2022 because of the pictures and pool. What we walked into was nothing but disappointment. The rooms were dirty, the taps leaked, the toilet cracked and badly scratched up on the seat. There was live cockroach in the bathroom, power points were behind your pillows and the bed was so painful, the sheet’s dirty, there was blood on the sheets and we had to dust the dirt and bark out before climbing in. If there was a blanket I would have slept on top. I had red pressure marks in the morning and I only weight 56kg. I tried to see the manager in the morning but the reception door was still locked even though she was inside. I would strongly suggest revamping the rooms before continuing with changing the colours of the reception area. Despicable condition for $218.00 for the night. Have pictures

Room was a great price however they needed a better clean. There was spiders and webs around all the ceilings and dirt all over the toilet seat from the exhaust fan. Wasn’t expecting luxury but the cleaning needs to be improved.

Friendly owners that went out of their way to make stay comfortable. Prices great. Especially considering continental breakfast thrown in. Walking distance from several hotels, cafes, restaurants etc. All you need when travelling. Ticked all boxes. Won’t hesitate to stay there again.Paul Ross

Disappointed. Booked into a room with no heat & 1 thin blanket & froze all night. Stood in the freezimg shower waiting for hot water ....there was none. Moved rooms. Woke up at 4am with a back chill. Couldn't figure out how to switch on the heat, this room claims" to have. What a nightmare booking in here was."

This motel was very neglected and new management came in and from there the motel managers and the house keeping crew have been committed and working hard to getting the rooms and whole place in general to a better standed. Rooms Might still look a little shabby here and there but considering what they were like before the house keeping staff have done an amazing job. The managers have worked wonders on this motel and should be proud of the progress. If given the opportunity, maybe stay at the emerald central motel, see for yourself the hard work done and then maybe make compliments for certain things. Happy days.

At the price point it was comfortable and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was traveling through with my two kids and have stayed here before by myself. Will stay there again. Yes, the rooms are a bit out dated but that doesn't really bother me when all I was looking for was a bed and shower.

Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Big improvements from the last time we stayed there. Happy to recommend and will be using this place again on our next holiday

We stayed for work and liked that the rooms have kitchen facilities including microwave, but the rooms and linen could have been cleaner. We had an issue in our room and were kindly moved to an upgraded room by the lovely, friendly owner. Free laundry services are available. We asked to have the room serviced as we stayed for the week but it was not provided. If it were cleaner and serviced I would give 4 stars.

Good location. Unfortunately the rooms was so old and so is the furniture. They need to invest in new towels,furniture and renovate the rooms new curtains. My cold shower tap was cracked and I couldn't really turn the tap on properly nor could I turn it off properly otherwise it would have broken right off.
