A lovely location and all went fine up to and including ordering - nice waitress. But drinks took ages to come. Having said we wanted all meals to come together, the mains (2) were eaten before the pizzas (3) arrived. Then the singer started! Dreary, boring songs and too loud. We left once the kids finished eating and the cafe missed out on dessert and coffee orders. Sad, when with just a little effort it could be such a great place to dine.

Another beautiful location. The service was excellent, the waitresses did great, the food was delicious..... we wished management could have been sensitive to the clientele that WEREN'T drunk.... and either quietened the group down or offered either us an alternative seating .... or them. So we could ALL enjoy the afternoon.Even the waitresses couldn't hear our order... And the young family next to us were clearly uncomfortable. We were surprised an upmarket restaurant like the Pasadena should sound like a rowdy pub.

I’ve been buying my coffee at weekends here for years via two nice guys in a caravan …. But since the renovations it’s lost it’s shine - service , wait times and disappointedly the coffee. Bring back the friendly guys with the cakes and the decent coffee please

Went on a busy Sunday, and waited 20mins to order, then another hour for the food.At the prices I was expecting a higher quality meal, but the scallops were a standout. Also excellent cocktails.Atmosphere was so loud conversation had to be shouted.Would go again, but would avoid the weekend.

Fantastic location , food and above all the friendly staff which make the experience very enjoyable. The manger Jonathon is exceptional and his service and attention to our table was amazing. He could not have done more for us. We will be returning and always recommending to family and friends. One of the best places in Sydney to spend for a long lunch

Great spot with a gorgeous water view but it’s an hr drive from the city. The wait staff were sure of what the ingredients of the food was being served. They could easily write down ingredients of all the food on a little sign to help people with allergies

We had my daughters 21st birthday there. I must say I was very impressed with the service. We ordered the banquet and the food was beautiful. I also added a few pizzas just to have variety and there was plenty of food and it was very tasty. So very glad I opted to have her birthday there. Well done to all the staff. Very friendly and courteous.

Cancelled reservation because we had gastro and they took $80 from my card. When I called the restaurant and asked if we could kindly use it as a credit note on another occasion the manager declined so I have had to report this to my bank.How absolutely disgusting, to think we would have likely spent a further $300 on our return. This is not good customer service!

We had a wonderful mini-babymoon at Pasadena Sydney. The waterfront location was peaceful and serene, and our room was spacious and elegant. The highlight of our stay was the delicious dinner at Palms by Pasadena, where we enjoyed perfectly cooked steak and braised pork ribs with a refreshing roquette salad. The service was attentive and friendly, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended!
