I had the pleasure of using Elite removals for our recent move. Elite was recommended to me by two seperate people and I would be more than happy to refer friends and family as well. Michael and his team not only did a fantastic job with our belongings, but they went above and beyond, offering suggestions for dealing with an issue that arose with our settlement.It’s nice to deal with professionals who value their customers and take pride in their work.

I cannot recommend Elite Removals highly enough. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was left in the position whereby I was calling Elite to potentially book them in the following day. It was such a last minute booking and it was managed so professionally. Baya was extremely communicative and alerted me to any information I needed the evening prior and on the day. He even called as a courtesy to check in and ask how his employees were going. The cost was more than reasonable for the high quality services provided. I was, and still am, so grateful for Baya and his customer service. Absolutely use Elite Removals for your next move!

Cheers to Marios and David for exceptional service in moving our house. The removalist we hired ditched us at the last hour and these guys helped us out even though it was their third job for the day. They were very professional and ensured that all our items reached safely including the fragile ones.

Absolute rubbish, they arranged to arrive and start our removal between 7-8am in the morning. We had packed everything the night before and we’re prepared according to this. The removalists then decided to change their schedule without telling us, going and picking up other people’s gear then coming back to us. I had to chase up and call Baya at 9am to ask where they were. He then responded that they were still coming and would be there by 11am. They weren’t there by 11am and by 2:45 in the afternoon when I’d phoned Baya to complain and ask for money back or a reschedule, they finally arrived AFTER WASTING OUR TIME AND NOT CALLING TO ADVISE ME. The boys were nice and professional enough but the damage was already done. Our day was wasted and ruined and we had to work harder later into the night because of their lack of transparency and communication to the customers. Don’t use them, don’t trust them because they don’t care about you!!!!!

The team at Elite were ultimate professionals to work with. Moving is stressful enough and the team made the whole process so much easier and pleasant. The team were polite and careful, they were efficient in their time management and the job was complete without any fuss. These guys were wonderful to work with. Thank you for a great job.

Great service! The boys are really professional.The owner Michael managed to book me in with one day's notices, even helped unpacked and assemble some items. Everything turned up safe and sound. Very well priced. So glad we used Elite.
