I was referred to Briggins by one of the major mens suit & formal wear shops after I was unable to find a particular coloured suit.I was initially hesitant to have a look as I thought that a custom made suit would be very expensive. I ultimately found it quite reasonable and competitive to any quality “off-the-rack” suit.Upon my first visit, Merlin made me feel extremely welcome and was very helpful in suggesting certain colours and styles (which was helpful, as there were a lot of options).After being measured up for my custom three price suit, it was as easy as re-attending once more for a follow up fitting. The whole process was easy and Merlin was very responsive throughout.As well as looking after myself, I was able to find suits for the wedding party.I am yet to wear the suit on the big day but overall the quality was exceptional, and any alterations were quick and easy.I have already referred friends and family to Briggins.Would highly recommend Briggins to anyone who wants a personalised service and a bigger range of options that the big commercial mens suit and formal wear shops.

Purchased a Briggins suit a few years ago that needed some alterations. My alteration was quick and done to a high standard. The lovely young lady who helped me provides service to a high standard and her customer interaction skills are without exception.

A friend of mine used Briggins a few years back for his wedding tuxedo, and the final product looked so good I decided to use them also.The entire experience / process, was so much easier than I expected it would be. Fiona and team were fantastic from my first visit - to last minute alterations & pick up. They went above and beyond at the start to try and accomodate questions I had with fittings and different combinations and colours. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process which I’ve found rare with vendors and suppliers throughout the wedding experience. Upon collection and final fitting I had some very minor (and probably unnecessary) alterations I wanted done which probably would have been annoying, but they listened & did it while I waited so I could bring home the wedding tux the same day rather than having to wait longer and go back another time.Not one to leave reviews but Fiona went out of her way at all stages & is excellent at what she does, is addition to making the experience an enjoyable one. Would highly recommend using Fiona and the Briggins team, they are excellent.

Merlin made me a ‘ Father of the bride suit’ that was a statement ! Burgundy jacket with black trim and black pants. Perfect fit ! Best moment of my life! I’d been wearing tailored suits in my youth, but this one was a class above the rest! He was recommended by my now son in law who has an eye for perfection!

I recently had my work uniform altered and I am extremely satisfied with the final product!4 shirts and 2 pants in total needed some alteration, which required the removal of excess material and also tapering the fit to better suit my body shape. After only one week, it was ready for pick up and everything fit perfectly.I couldn’t be happier and the service was fantastic! Extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended and thanks again for doing such an amazing job.

If you’re looking for a new suit, you MUST head into Briggins for a tailor made suit and put aside any other place that you remotely even considered.Fiona and the team are just fantastic to deal with. Originally I was a little hesitant as I’d left organising a tuxedo for my wedding a bit late, but Briggins surely delivered.
