I went to Condello's today with a 20 year old pair of shoes that needed heeling and soling. The repair was completed in half an hour and looks perfect to me.A local place with excellent and friendly service.

I attended this store with my mother who bought a key there. They were extremely rude to her, and because of the way she was treated, I decided to take my business elsewhere (I needed a key cut and had intended to buy some merchandise too).In addition to their indecency, the services and products sold here are overpriced and poor quality. I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience.

$8.95 it would have cost me to get one key cut here where at bunnings on Sydney Rd the cost was $3.40. The choice of where to do my business was quite easy really.

Done my 2 pairs of key cut there, found 1 of the key can’t use. Try to tell them and explained it. Not listening and keep told me both keys are same.really disappointed

I needed my Birkenstock resoled, drop them off and was told it would take 3-5 to repair all good. To my surprise I received a text message the next morning to come and get them. Great customer service and great workmanship. The next time I need my Birkenstock resoled I will taking them back to Condello’s Shoe Repairs. A great shoe repair shop at Barkley Square Brunswick, well worth giving them a look if you live near by. Thanks again Guys I’m going to make sure my friends know about you.
