I would not recommend this training company to anyone I did a forklift course though them the trainer was to busy worrying about getting to a birthday party and rushing me so I failed went back to do it again was not given the pre course email and was told I could not have a refund so I have no forklift licence and no money so don't go near pinnacle at all

From the course reservation to obtaining my certificate, my experience with Pinnacle was overall great. The standout would easily be the instructor Rob. His knowledge, passion and energy for safety is a crucial insight for those wishing to enter a high risk industry. Despite the quick wit and humour there was no sugar coating the importance of remaining vigilant in a dangerous environment.

Thank you Pinnacle training for my forklift training experience with you. Both of the days were very enjoyable and informative. I would also like to say the facilities and the equipment are managed to a very high standard that I have never seen before while attaining other licenses.
