Edit: unfortunately am downgrading this review. While the customer service is still prompt, friendly, and helpful, and the delivery providers are quick and reliable, we have had a very mixed experience at best with the products we have purchased. The spiral racks in particular are terrible. They are very cheaply manufactured and the website description was misleading. We purchased 4 and were a total waste of money. Be wary of the specs listed

This company was great to deal with. The sales person was friendly and efficient, and made sure my purchase was dispatched by the next courier. The quality is great - I bought a display stand for my greeting cards - sturdy and fits together easily and neatly. Recommended.

I had one of the best customer service experiences with the salesperson David in this business. There is a showroom where you can see all the products and pick-up straight away from the warehouse. Highly recommended!
