Absolutely the worst parcel carrier. 6 out of my last 8 packages late. Some sitting in warehouse for over a week before getting dispatched. Used to use them for our fresh food business but when it takes them 8 business days to deliver a package only 90 minutes away the food ( packed in ice and a cool carton suitable for upto 3 days at correct temperature and clearly labelled as a fresh product) the food was completely ruined as well as extremely late. Will not use again. I'd like to say that firstly the issues are mainly from the Sydney depot but the Albury branch is very slow most times

Worst service ever. I stopped using Aramex months ago due to constant poor service. Even had the franchise owner drop in to re assure me everything will be ok if I start using them again. Anyway, thought I would give them another shot and my parcel is still sitting at my front door uncollected. It will be a minimum of 4 days until it is collected now. If it is at all.

Trying to chase up a parcel that has taken almost two weeks to arrive, I was met with a rude email from staff who have conveniently left out the last four digits of the branch phone number from their email signature. Super disappointing experience which has in turn ended up costing me more money.

Looking for startrak but couldn't find them . Strangethat their name is now Aramex. Would have been bloody helpful if it was on the card so they could be found. Spent 5 minutes driving around the block looking .

Second time around and they have redeemed them selfs post driver was awesome left the parcel in a safe spot. Thanks guys good job

Received a calling card in the mail with a time and date that I was able to pick up from went there when requested and not only was the business shut. The phone number on the front door sent me to an overseas company that told me they had no idea what was going on that the business should be open and that they can send them an email and they will get back to me when they decide to open again. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes as they told me to hang around a while to see if anyone showed up absolutely disgusting.

My parcel has been 3 days at the Albury depot and so far no delivery. This is despite two notifications saying it would be delivered that day. In future I will pay extra to use any other carrier than this one.

I've received updates saying my item is on board for delivery for 4 days now and still hasn't arrived. Previous to that 4 days my parcel was already late by 4 days. 8 days late now and has been on board for delivery all week. The worst service. Called them directly, no answer for the delay no manager to speak too. I've emailed multiple time and no response received. I suspect the lost, broke or stole my package its just too odd, or possibly the laziest workers to not delive a parcel on board for 4 days. Terrible service. Would give a 0 star rating if I could.

Package has been sat in Albury for over a week - customer service (overseas CS would assume who I spoke to) say they cannot deliver to my address in Yackandandah 30 mins from main Albury Depot. Sender of the parcel cant do anything as it’s now out of their hands - Aramex your ability to deliver a simple parcel does not exist !

Pacage taken over a week to get from Melbourne to Albury and still not delivered.. and then Aramex Albury reply it has been transferred to a rural contractor for final delivery" and the delivery address is in Albury????"
